For youre first ava it's really good.

There is to many fonts in there, delete the "benayoun" one, and the one with youre name. You could also put the opacity of the "yossi" text down a bit.
Effects are nice and so is color work. But i think you have it to many colors near his face. Remove some of the red one, it looks a bit messy.

Keep working you got potential
