Okay icons.
Some of them is too dark, in second row - ronaldo + fourth row 2nd icon + six row first one and last one.
Some is to blurred, row 5.
Besides these avatars they look allright. Colors and lightning is okay, think you should add some texture work to make them more ecxitting.
