It's ok mate You can only get better.
The texture work could do with a bit more. Add a focal point as well
The text doesn't really fit imo
The stroke is too big for my liking. Perhaps make it smaller and put an important point as the desaturated bit if you understand me

The playing with the stock dont looks so nice,sorry mate,the colorizing is okay and the lighting work is nice,imo you should add some better textures to it.The text needs improvements,change the font,the mirror looks okay,not bad icon mate,keep it up and stay active with them

Pretty nice icon mate, however I like your CRG7 one more. His face looks kinda saturated, tone that down a bit. Also remove the black shadow from the text, it stands out too much now.

Their ok mate, the first one is too bright, the 2nd one is about the best out off the 3, but the 3rd is abit distorted, but i like the textures, keep practicing mate
