Who do you think Rafa's summer buys will be? Apparently he's after Barry, Bentley and a load of foregin players. Anyone heard anything else?

I hope that At. Madrid player Maxi Rodriguez is joining Liverpool this summer. I think that he could take the right winger role in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

I also think we need a right and left back. Now Degen is ready though, but we really need a better leftback. Riise and Aurelio is not good enough, in my eyes.

Barry and Bentley I dont want, just because I think that Alonso/Mascherano is much better than Barry, and we should keep them both. Kuyt is better on the right wing than Bentley, also Pennant is better.

We've been strongly linked with villa and I hope Rafa goes and gets him, with him and torres. We will be awesome for attacking.

If we were to buy David Villa, which doesn't look like it's going to happen now as Rafa has stated that he's pretty much all but given up on that, then we would see a totally different Fernando Torres to the one we saw at Anfield last season.

He had Gerrard playing him in through the middle with Kuyt doing the work of three men linking midfield to attack. Even Torres himself admitted that if it wasn't for Kuyt doing the dirty work then he wouldn't of got as many goals.

If we were to get Villa, then I can't see Kuyt, Nando and Villa all playing in the same team and I can't see Villa doing Kuyt's job so Torres would take that role like he does for Spain. That's my opinion anyway.

As for potential signings, I would love to see David Bentley come to Anfield Road. I think we need another full back as Finnan isn't young anymore and Arbeloa's not bad but I think we need another full back as back up.

In the danish media they are selling Xabi Alsonso and buying Robbie Keane, Barry from Aston Villa, Villa and Silva both from Valencia.

I'm hoping Alonso stays, and we get Robbie Keane!

Then also get a good winger. Silva possibly, although he may be bullied out of games.

I don't expect us to get Villa, he is just too expensive!

Barry I'm not so fussed about, there is no way on earth he is worth £20 million! O'Neill is being very ignorant and greedy!

Im not too bothered if we get Barry or not i would like him at Anfield but if he doesn't come i wont be sad

As for Robbie Keane i would love us to sign him he is a great striker and has proved he can score in the Premiership every season

I think that Robbie Keane is overrated at £20million, although he is a great striker i would rather spend £2omillion on a cheaper and younger striker.
If Voronin goes, we would only have Torres and Kuyt upfront, so we need to buy a striker.
