bg is a bit too simple, spend more time working on it, and improve the colors.. the green doesn't work to well in my opinion..
render work is overdone, tone the effects down a little, and change the colors of the light textures to some colors that matches the render colors better (just hit ctrl+u and you can easily do that)
blending is ok, text could be better
