The second version is better. Effects on raul are ok. I think the sig needs more lightings. Background is too simple and too dark. Text is bad, work more on this. Down the opacity of the cicles and the result will be better. KIU

v.2 is better, but needs some improvements, the text is bad, the location of the text and the font used are not right, the bg is ok, but the pattern is too visible, and the desaturated raul is too sharpened, the circles look nice but the stripes don't, the lightning is ok, the stuff around the render looks good but the render looks overdone and the stripes over is arm and shirt looks bad, remove them, and try to desaturate render's face and arms, it would match better with the bg, kiu

I think you should improve your text and add some colors in your bg
